I am quite sure they never intended Britain to be truly below the United States.
I believe they were intending to take over the United States government, which
is what their operatives have largely done. Unfortunately, with America's
taste for foreign goods and our desire for more than we can afford, Britain and
friends have acquired a large amount of the property in the United States and
own a sizable portion of the USA national debt. This makes the appropriate
treason charges impossible!
